Power of Authority to exempt individual boilers or pressure vessels from provisions of Ordinance
(1) An authorized officer may, upon application in writing in that behalf, exempt from any of the provisions of this Ordinance a boiler or pressure vessel to which he is satisfied that such provision cannot reasonably be applied. (2) Any such exemption shall be subject to such conditions as the authorized officer specifies and may be withdrawn at any time. (3) (Repealed 87 of 1988 s. 9 )
