Authority to be notified of pressurized fuel containers that are being used
(1)
Within 30 days after a new pressurized fuel container is first put into use,
the owner of the pressurized fuel container shall notify the Authority that it has
been put into use and of the place at which it is being used and shall also notify
the Authority of his address.
(2)
Within 6 months after the commencement of this section, the owner of an
existing pressurized fuel container shall notify the Authority of the place at which
it is being used and of his address.
