Boilers and Pressure Vessels Ordinance

In the event of a contravention of subsection (1), (2), (3), (5) or (7), the
                owner of the boiler or pressure vessel, as the case may be, shall be guilty of an
                offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine
                at
                level 5.
