Boilers and Pressure Vessels Ordinance

at any time, to enter, and where necessary, in the presence of a police officer, to break into, any premises or place in which he knows or has reason to believe that there is a boiler or pressure vessel for the purpose of ascertaining whether or not the provisions of this Ordinance or any regulations made thereunder are being or have been complied with in respect of the boiler or pressure vessel or its auxiliary equipment;
