Boilers and Pressure Vessels Ordinance

The owner of a new steam container shall, not less than 30 days preceding the day on which he intends to put the same into use, deliver to the Authority in respect
thereof—

2 copies of the maker’s certificate; or
(b)
2 copies of a plan thereof prepared, to the satisfaction of the Authority, by a boiler inspector.
