Without prejudice to
section 30
, where, upon an examination of a boiler or steam receiver for the purposes of
section 25
,
26
,
27
or
32
, the appointed examiner who is carrying out the examination or any part thereof is not satisfied as to the condition of any pipe that conveys or may convey oils, steam or water under pressure to or from the boiler or steam receiver or a steam container, he shall notify the Authority accordingly.
