Boilers and Pressure Vessels Ordinance

A boiler inspector who is carrying out an examination of a pipe that conveys oil, steam or water under pressure to or from a boiler, steam receiver or steam container may require such minimum part of the lagging surrounding the pipe as he considers necessary to be removed.
