Miscellaneous offences and penalties therefor
forges a certificate of fitness or a certificate of competency or any
notice or form delivered or sent to the Authority or an authorized officer
pursuant to, or for the purposes of, this Ordinance or any other document
required by, under or for the purposes of this Ordinance;
