Power of Authority to require details of boilers or pressure vessels to be delivered to him
The Authority may, where he considers it necessary to do so for the purpose of enabling him to make an assessment of the maximum permissible working pressure at which a boiler or pressure vessel may be operated, require the owner of the boiler or pressure vessel to deliver to him complete details of the materials used in, and the method of, the construction of the boiler or pressure vessel and its auxiliary equipment and dimensions of all the parts and fittings thereof or of such of those parts and fittings as he specifies.
