Boilers and Pressure Vessels Ordinance

Wherever in this Ordinance provision is made for the service upon any person of an order or notice, it shall be sufficient service if a copy of the order or notice
is—
(a)
delivered to the person upon whom it is to be served;
(b)
sent by registered post to the last known place of business or residence of such person;
(c)
left with an adult person at the premises at which the boiler or pressure vessel to which it relates is installed; or
(d)
left with any person found operating the boiler or pressure vessel to which it relates.
