Owner of boiler or pressure vessel to be guilty of offence in event of contravention of certain provisions of Ordinance or of certain conditions
(1)
In the event of a contravention of
section 22
, the owner of the
boiler, pressure vessel, steam container, fuel burning installation or appliance, as
the case may be, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary
conviction to a
fine at
level
4.
(2)
In the event of a contravention of
section 48(4)
, the owner of the
boiler or pressure vessel shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on
summary conviction to a fine
at level
5.
(3)
In the event of a contravention of a condition imposed on the grant of an
exemption under
section 9
or specified in an order made under
section 10(1)
, the owner of the boiler or pressure vessel in question
shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine
at
level 3.
