Offences in relation to Boards of Inquiry
Any person who, being duly summoned to attend as a witness any sitting of a Board of Inquiry
            or to produce any document or thing, refuses or neglects to do so or to answer any
            question put to him by or with the consent of the Board of Inquiry shall be guilty of an
            offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine
            at
            level 2 and to imprisonment for 6
months:

Provided that no person shall be bound to incriminate himself and every witness shall, in respect of any evidence given by him before a Board of Inquiry, be entitled to the same privileges as those to which he would have been entitled had he been giving evidence before a court of justice.
