Appeals from determination of appointed examiner as to maximum permissible working pressure of boiler or pressure vessel
The owner of a boiler or pressure vessel who considers himself aggrieved by the decision of an appointed examiner under section 47 as to the maximum permissible working pressure at which the boiler or pressure vessel may be operated may, not later than 7 days after he was notified of the decision, appeal to the Authority.
