Boilers and Pressure Vessels Ordinance

(1)
Upon completion of the installation of a new boiler or pressure vessel, other than an air receiver, and before the same is put into use, the boiler or pressure vessel and its auxiliary equipment shall be examined by an appointed examiner.

Every new air receiver, other than a pressurized fuel container, and its fittings and attachments shall be examined by an appointed examiner before it is put into use.
