Boilers and Pressure Vessels Ordinance

Every copy of a document that is delivered to the Authority pursuant to
section 13
or
14
shall have endorsed thereon a declaration
                by an appointed examiner that it relates to the boiler or pressure vessel in respect
                of which it is so delivered.
