Boilers and Pressure Vessels Ordinance

(1)
Every copy of a document that is delivered to the Authority pursuant to
section 13
or
14
shall have endorsed thereon a declaration
                by an appointed examiner that it relates to the boiler or pressure vessel in respect
                of which it is so delivered.

(2)
Where a copy of a document referred to in subsection (1) is not written in the
                English or Chinese language it shall be accompanied by an English or Chinese
                    translation.
