Examination of pipes of new boilers, steam receivers or steam containers
Where a new boiler or steam receiver is being examined for the purposes of section 24(1) or a new steam container is being examined for the purposes of section 28(2) , every pipe that will convey oils, steam or water under pressure to or from the boiler, steam receiver or steam container, as the case may be, shall be subjected by a boiler inspector to an hydraulic test.
