Offences relating to sections 32 and 72(1 )( a), (b) and (c)
(1) Any person who contravenes section 32 or fails to comply with a requirement made by an officer under section 72(1 )( a) , (b) or (c) commits an offence. (2) Any person who wilfully or recklessly gives information which is false in a material particular or withholds information as to any of the matters in respect of which information is required to be given under section 72(1 )( b) or (c) commits an offence. (3) A person who commits an offence under this section is liable to a fine at level 6 and to imprisonment for 1 year. (Amended 103 of 1995 s. 21 )
