Recognized scheme of medical treatment
The Director may recognize for the purposes of this Ordinance a scheme of medical treatment operated by an employer, if he is satisfied that each employee, who is qualified to be paid sickness allowance by the employer by whom the scheme is operated, is provided, without expense to the employee, by a registered medical practitioner, registered Chinese medicine practitioner or registered dentist with such medical treatment as an out-patient as the Director considers reasonable.
