Employment Ordinance

(1)
A notice under
section 43D
or
43H
may be served on a principal contractor or a main nominated
sub-
contractor respectively and a request under
section 43E
or
43I
may be served on an employer—
(a)
by delivering it to him personally;
(b)
by leaving it at his usual address or last known residential or business address; or
(c)
by sending it to him by registered post to any address referred to in paragraph (b).
(2)
Service under subsection
(1
)(
b)
shall be deemed to have been effected on the day on which the notice or request is left at the premises.
