Relief from paying sum mentioned insection 32NA(1)(b)
This section applies if an order for reinstatement or re-engagement is made under section 32N in respect of an employee dismissed in any of the circumstances mentioned in section 32A(1 )( c) , whether or not the order is varied under this section or section 32PA (which order (as so varied, if applicable) is referred to in this section as the principal order ).
