Employment Ordinance

For the purposes of this Ordinance, the Commissioner may, either by notice in writing served by registered post or by notice in the Gazette, require any employer or class of employers to make returns in such form and at such times as he may in any such notice
direct:
Provided that the Commissioner shall not require in any return information or particulars in respect of a time or period more than 6
months immediately preceding the date of the notice.
