Employment Ordinance

For the purposes of and subject to this Part,
relevant
                    date
(

(a)
in relation to the termination of employment of an employee, has the same meaning as in
section 2(1)
; and
(b)
in relation to the employer varying the terms of the contract of employment of an employee, means the date on which that variation takes effect.
