Application of sections 52(2A), (2B) and (2C), 56, 57, 58 and 59 to holders of certificates of exemption and exempted employment agencies
(1) Sections 52(2A) , (2B) and (2C), 56, 57, 58 and 59 shall apply to holders of certificates of exemption in the same manner as they apply to licensees. (2) Every reference to an employment agency in sections 52(2A) , (2B) and (2C), 56, 57, 58 and 59 shall, except where the context otherwise requires, be construed as a reference to both an employment agency licensed under section 52 and an employment agency exempted under section 54 .
