In relation to
sections 88

of this Schedule, if the appeal is not finally
                            disposed of on the date on which the transitional period expires, the
                            individual is to be regarded as having been granted an approval under
section 64ZE
as a responsible officer of the insurance
                            agency until the expiry of that date.
