In relation to
section 103(1)
and (2)(b) of this
                            Schedule, if the appeal is not finally disposed of on the date on which
                            the transitional period expires, the individual is to be regarded as
                            having been granted an approval under
section 64ZF
as a
                            responsible officer of the company until the expiry of that
                            date.
