s.110
Authority may revoke or suspend licences and approval regarded as granted
If the Authority has reasonable ground to believe that any
application information was, at the time when it was provided by the
person, wrong, incomplete, false or misleading in a material respect,
the Authority may, at any time during the transitional period, by notice
in writing, revoke or suspend a licence or an approval that is regarded
as having been granted to a person under
Division 2

of this Part.
