Insurance Ordinance

Immediately upon the expiration of
section 19
of the Insurance
                    Companies (Amendment) Ordinance 1993 (
59 of 1993
),
paragraph 3C
shall operate in relation to a contract effected and
                    carried out before the date referred to in that paragraph as it operates in
                    relation to a contract effected and carried out on or after that date.
