Pre-existing restrictions and outstanding applications under formersection 13C
If, immediately before the commencement date, the Authority has served
a notice under
section 13C(2)
on a person to direct any shares to
be subject to any restrictions mentioned in that section, the former
section 13C
continues to apply in relation to the
restrictions as if the Amendment Ordinance had not been enacted.
