Appeals not disposed of on expiry of transitional period
In relation to
sections 52
,
53
,
55
and
58
of this Schedule, if the appeal is not finally
disposed of on the date on which the transitional period expires, the
individual is to be regarded as having been granted a licence under
section 64Y
until the expiry of that date.
