Insurance Ordinance

In relation to
section 76(1)
and (2)(b) of this
                            Schedule, if the appeal is not finally disposed of on the date on which
                            the transitional period expires, the individual is to be regarded as
                            having been granted a licence under
section 64ZC
until the
                            expiry of that date.
