Procedural requirements for publishing notices undersections 13AE(14), 95A(4)and123(7)
If the Financial Secretary proposes to publish a notice under
section
13AE(14)
,
95A(4)
or
123(7)
, the Financial
Secretary must publish a draft of the proposed notice, in the manner the Financial
Secretary considers appropriate, for inviting representations on the proposed notice
by the public.
