Validity of licences for which applications have been made under section 64ZV
(1) A licence for which an application for a renewal is made under section 64ZV and which expires before the determination of the application by the Authority remains in force— (a) until the licence is renewed; or (b) if the renewal is refused—until the Authority’s decision to refuse to renew the licence takes effect. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the application for the renewal is withdrawn or the licence is revoked.
