Insurance Ordinance

(1AAB)
Subsection (1) also applies to the following
persons—
(a)
a person who is or has been appointed under any provision of this Ordinance;
(b)
a person who is or has been performing a function under this Ordinance, or carrying into effect any provision of this Ordinance;
(c)
a person
                    who
                    assists or has assisted another person in performing a
                    function under this Ordinance, or carrying into effect any provision of this
                    Ordinance.
