Effect of application for individual insurance agent licence
If an individual who is regarded as having been granted a licence
under
section 64W
makes an application for an individual
insurance agent licence under that section in the manner, and within the
time, specified by the Authority, the licence regarded as having been
granted under that section is to remain in force until the specified
date.
