Effect of application for technical representative (agent) licence
If an individual who is regarded as having been granted a licence
under
section 64Y
makes an application for a technical
representative (agent) licence under that section in the manner, and
within the time, specified by the Authority, the licence regarded as
having been granted under that section is to remain in force until the
specified date.
