Duty to notify Authority of change in particulars
This section applies if there is a change in any of the particulars specified
in subsection (2) of a licensed insurance intermediary or a responsible officer of a
licensed insurance intermediary after the particulars are provided by the licensed
insurance intermediary for a licence application.
