Insurance Ordinance

During the period for which a direction given under
section 35(2
)(
b)
is in force in respect of an authorized insurer, the Court of First Instance may, on the application of the Manager or any member of the insurer, approve or refuse to approve any resolution referred to in
section 38A(3
)(
b)
which has been properly moved at a meeting of the insurer but which has not, for whatever reason, been passed.
