Validity of licences renewed under section 64ZV
(1) A renewal granted under section 64ZV takes effect on the day following the expiry of the licence. (2) A licence renewed under section 64ZV is valid for 3 years or, if the Authority considers it appropriate in a particular case, another period determined by the Authority.
