Insurance Ordinance

In relation to
section 67(1)
and (2)(b) of this
                            Schedule, if the appeal is not finally disposed of on the date on which
                            the transitional period expires, the company is to be regarded as having
                            been granted a licence under
section 64ZA
until the expiry of
                            that date.
