(3G)
The Monetary Authority may attach a condition to a disclosure of information made by the Monetary Authority under this section that
neither—
(a)
the person to whom the information is disclosed; nor
(b)
a person obtaining or receiving the information, whether directly or indirectly, from the person referred to in paragraph (a),
may disclose the information, or any part of it, to any other person without the consent of the Monetary Authority.
