Effect of application for insurance agency licence
If a person who is regarded as having been granted a licence under
section 64U
makes an application for an insurance agency
licence under that section in the manner, and within the time, specified
by the Authority, the licence regarded as having been granted under that
section is to remain in force until the specified date.
