Memorandum of settlement of trade dispute
Where a settlement of a trade dispute is reached by conciliation or special conciliation, a memorandum of the terms of the settlement shall be drawn up and signed by the parties, or their representatives, and a copy of the memorandum shall be delivered to the Commissioner.
