Reference to arbitration or board of inquiry
The Chief Executive in Council may, on considering a report and recommendation submitted under section 10 ,— (Amended 56 of 2000 s. 3 ) (a) with the consent of the parties, refer the trade dispute to arbitration; (b) refer the trade dispute to a board of inquiry; or (c) take such other action as the circumstances of the trade dispute may warrant.
