Deferment of issue of order pending appeal
An order made by the court on an application by the bankrupt for discharge under
section 30B
of the Ordinance may be
stayed,
and the notice mentioned in
rule 92(2)
need not be
published, until the time allowed for appealing has expired or, if an
appeal is entered, until the appeal has been determined.
