Procedure when warrant issued undersection 29(2)of Ordinance
When a person is apprehended under a warrant issued under section 29(2) of the Ordinance, the officer apprehending him shall forthwith bring him before the court to the end that he may be examined, and if he cannot immediately be brought up for examination or examined the officer shall deliver him into the custody of the Commissioner of Correctional Services and the said Commissioner shall receive him into custody and shall produce him before the court as it may from time to time direct or order, and subject to such direction or order shall safely keep him.
