Bankruptcy Rules

An application by the Official Receiver or trustee
                                                under
section 19
of the Ordinance for the
                                                public examination of a bankrupt shall be made inter
                                                partes and the evidence in support of the
                                                application may be in the form of a report to the
                                                court setting out the reasons why such an
                                                examination is needed.
