Bankruptcy Rules

For the purposes of
section
                                125
of the Ordinance,
bankruptcy
(
破產案
) shall include any
                        proceeding under the Ordinance whether before or after adjudication, and
bankrupt
(
破產人
) shall include any debtor
                        proceeded against under the Ordinance.
