Bankruptcy Rules

The Registrar shall appoint the time and place at which the
                                    petition will be heard and notice thereof shall be written on
                                    the petition and sealed copy. Where the petition has not been
                                    served, the Registrar may appoint another time and place for
                                    such hearing.
