Subject to the Import and Export (General) Regulations (
Cap. 60 sub. leg. A
), no person shall export any article specified in the second column of
Schedule 2
to those regulations to the country or place specified opposite thereto in the third column of that
Schedule
except under and in accordance with an export licence issued under
section 3
.
