alternative smoking product

) has the meaning given by
section
                2(1)
of the Smoking (Public Health) Ordinance (
Cap.
                371
);
specified intermodal transhipment
                cargo
(
指明聯運轉運貨物
) means an
                article—
(a)
imported in a vehicle or vessel; and
(b)
consigned—
(i)
on a through bill of lading from a place outside Hong Kong to another
                        place outside Hong Kong; and
(ii)
for export in an aircraft departing from the Hong Kong International
                        Airport.
